WHAT TO EXPECT AS WE REOPEN

PHONE LINES ARE OPEN 7 & BLOW DRY SERVICES ARE BACK!

PLEASE SIGN AND BRING IN OUR COVID-19 WAVIER TO YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT

Keeping You Safe: Your health and safety is our highest priority.

Face Masks and Shields: Partitions have been installed at all workstations, shampoo bowls and in our reception area. We will be wearing masks as required by the state of Illinois and face shields when necessary. Staff will wear disposable gloves, when appropriate. When worn, disposable gloves will be disposed of and changed between each client.

Staff Testing: Our staff has been advised about the seriousness of potential risks, and are encouraged to self-monitor for symptoms and stay at home if they aren’t feeling well. Each employee will undergo, and must successfully complete, a daily individual health assessment and temperature check in order to enter the salon. Any employee deemed to have any symptoms or other risk factors, will be sent home and not permitted to work.

Training and Education: All stylists and colorists must complete required sanitation classes in order to receive their state issued license, and they are required to complete continuing education hours for bi-annual license renewal. In addition, ALL employees have completed:

  1. Barbicide™ Disinfectant Certification program;

  2. Milady Disinfection Course thus far.

- Our staff will be limited to 50% capacity with alternating schedules to help maintain social distancing.

- We will have hand sanitizer available for all clients, single-use capes, and masks upon request.

- At this time we are unable to offer complimentary beverages or magazines in our reception area.

For your appointment: Help us so we can help you.

- Please bring in a signed copy of our COVID-19 wavier to your appointment to ensure we can provide you with our services.

- We ask that our clients are prompt to their appointments. Stylists are only able to serve one client at a time, so please arrive alone.

- Clients will be required to wear a mask while in the salon per Illinois state law.

*APPOINTMENTS BOOKED THROUGH OUR ONLINE PORTAL DURING THE STAY-AT- HOME ORDER ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION. Rebooking will be prioritized based on those clients who had appointments canceled in March.

Thank You for Your Patience and Support! As we navigate these uncertain times together, we will update you with new information as it becomes available.
