Blake has been doing hair for 11 years. He has advanced education in hair extensions from hand tied to tape in. He specializes in textured cuts, dimensional color, Keratin treatments, and extensions.

What values or goals do you strive for with every client that sees you? 

My main goal with my clients is to listen to them. I strive to interpret their ideas even if they can’t quite express it, and I believe a person’s energy can sometimes say a lot more than their words.

What about your personal life?

In addition to working as a stylist, I’m also the salon educator for haircutting. Outside of work, I’m a part time business school student at UIC. After I’ve caught up on all my homework and sleep, I enjoy doing photography, discovering new music, Interior design, and fashion.
